The process begins with hand-selected, fully matured 100% Blue Weber agaves harvested from the rich volcanic highlands. The piñas are slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens for three full days to unlock deep caramelization. After gentle crushing and proprietary fermentation, the liquid is distilled in small batches using custom copper-pot stills. The blanco spirit is then aged in hand-selected American whiskey barrels, allowing it to absorb rich oak and spice notes while preserving the core character of the agave.
